OPERATION INSTRUCTION:
1.Clear the area being treated by removing all traces of make-up,dirt,or sweat.In general,simply wash the area being treated to ensure a clean surface.
2.For safety,please make sure the switch on OFF states before you stick the power cable to the wall outlet.
3.For best results,place the front of the device next to bare skin,not more than 6-12 inches away from the area being treated.
4.When do face therapy,please do not look directly to your eyes,there isa goggle included in the packing,wear it if you feel the light is too bright
5.Do not operate device where it could come into contact with water Stop using device immediately if you think it is defective.Please contact us and get more instruction
6.Do not bend or abuse the wire of the power supply,as this can cause electrical shock and operation problems.

I also completed their light training, which explains how, why, and when these frequencies are used and for what purpose. I really don't understand the negative reviews from some people, but now I realize it's more about putting others down than lifting oneself up. I'll definitely shop with them again.
Ideal and comfortable for local treatments, but also for full-body irradiation by slightly extending exposure times. I always take it with me, even on vacation!

The product itself is solid and very well-made - impressive.
I used red light in beauty salons about 20 years ago (before everything new and fancy came along), and it helped transport nutrients into the skin. Red light works more superficially on the skin and promotes collagen production. Infrared penetrates deeper into the muscles. You can switch between red and infrared light or use both. I use both. There's also a timer for up to 30 minutes.
