DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Hold the unit over the painful area at a distance anywhere from touching the skin to 1 inch away from the skin , depending on the depth of treatment desired . The Red light penetrates up to 1 inch into your tissues or joints . Hold the unit on the treating area for 5 minutes , guides as below:
Slight Pain: Per Treatment Spot 1 times/day
Average Pain:Per Treatment Spot 2 times/day
Severe Pain:Per Treatment Spot 3 times/day

1.Press the first timeļ¼all lights work togetherļ¼Press all light pulses for the second time.
2.Press the third time, red light 630nm and 660nm, and press the fourth red light pulse.
3.Press the fourth time, the infrared light is 850nm and 940nm bright, press the fourth red light pulse, 940nm is invisible light, you can use the mobile phone camera to inflammation.
4.Press the button for the fifth time, the blue light is 460nm bright, and press the button again.
5.By default, the device is set with automatic timing for 5 minutes. Long press the key for 3 seconds to stop working at any position
Notes:
1.Donāt use the light around water
2.Donāt stare directly at the light. Use protective glasses while using the device
3.Donāt treat near the eyes
4.The light should NOT be used by children under the age of 13 and pregnant woman
5.Use only a soft dry cloth to clean the exterior. Never use an abrasive cleanser or submerge in water or any other liquid. This device cannot be sterilized by any liquid or autoclave method.
6.If unit will not be used for an extended period of time (1 month +), remove the batteries from the unit to avoid their Corrosion.
7.Do not keep the device ON for more than 5 minutes at a time.If you want to treat several parts of your body consecutively,turn off the device for at least 1min,after every 5 minutes ON.This will keep the unit from overheating.
8.The treatment spot is an area covered by the red light beam.A small joint ,should have only one treatment spot,because the light shines over the entire affected joint.

It is relatively easy to learn and operate, but the instructions could be clearer regarding the five-minute steps and the minimum two-minute wait before turning it on again. A timer would be ideal so you don't have to track the time yourself.
I have used it twice and it is super easy to use. Just follow the simple instructions. I got it this morning and had to charge the battery. I started on my hand and then moved to the other one. I feel a slight, pleasant warmth. Next, I will apply it to my shoulders and back, and the warmth I felt on my hand makes me hopeful for a better tomorrow.
Brilliant was unsure at first, but definitely helped with my injury pulled my groin would by again instructions could be better
My husband and I have been using the device for several weeks, and it's so user-friendly that at least one of us uses it every day. It has a wand shape, is lightweight, and easy to aim at areas needing infrared and red light therapy. I use it on my recently injured hand and on my neck when it hurts, and my husband uses it on his foot and knee. The device charges quickly and is travel-friendly. I plan to take it on our next road trip. I would buy this product again anytime and would recommend it to friends and family.
I think it's great that it has different lights for different ailments, all described in the manual. I also loved that it comes with protective goggles and rechargeable batteries including a charger! I researched other brands but chose FREYARA because I own other products from them and know they provide quality products, excellent customer service, and truly care that all their customers are satisfied and have the necessary knowledge for better health. There are videos on YouTube and a great Facebook group with other supporters sharing tips and tricks for all their products.
I've done red light therapy on my dog and have suffered with biceps tendinitis for months. Pain was much less after a few days. The device comes with two rechargeable batteries and is very convenient.
I love that this product combines two technologies: red light and near-infrared. It's lightweight and easy to use. Just turn it on, set the timer, and it's ready. I use it on my sprained ankle, as you can see in the attached photo, and it has reduced the swelling. My husband used it on his aching wrist and noticed improvement within the first 10 minutes! I love all my Freyara products and am glad to have added this to my healing therapy collection.
I started getting treatments, but when I found out I could buy an affordable device, I bought it immediately. Now I can use it several times a day on all my pain areas. I would recommend it to anyone who has a face and joints.
My dog doesn't seem to mind when I place it directly on her fur to treat deeper muscles. I believe it's helping her. I can feel the warmth after removing it. I use it myself too-for a partial rotator cuff tear in my shoulder and my knee from a past surgery. I have several Freyara products, and they are my go-to for recovery. It lasts long and keeps going for a few days, depending on how many minutes per day you use it. According to the instructions, my dog and I both do treatments twice daily, gradually increasing the time. I wish I had bought it sooner.
I started using it to relieve pain on my right ribs (costochondritis). The pain started in September 2024 when I twisted my right side wrong while standing up. Pain would get worse whenever I raised my right arm, did certain exercises, or drove for a long time, so I didn't get enough time to heal fully. Walking, pain relief cream, and my BioMat only gave temporary relief. Using Freyara light regularly, I can have several pain-free days in a row, or the pain is at least reduced by 75%. I use it in combination with daily supplements when my tests are positive.
