Instructions for Use:
1. Press and hold the button above the battery to turn the device on /off. Short press to lock the screen.
2. Short press the fire button to select a mode. (5 modes in total: 01 - Low, 02 - Medium, 03 - High, 04 - Pulse 10HZ, 05 - Breathing Repair)
3. Short press the ripple button to set the timer. (default is 10 minutes)
Charging Instructions:
The battery indicator light flashes slowly while charging and stays on when fully charged.
Notes:
1.Disconnect the device from the power supply before cleaning.
2.Using a soft cloth with a little water to gently wipe the surface of device.
3.Do not use alcohol or other corrosive cleaning agents to avoid corroding the surface and damaging internal parts.
4.Do not apply liquid cleaner directly to any surface of the adapter,timer,pad as it could cause damage to the electrical components.
5.The device must be stored in dry area; away from high humidity.

This is the fourth red light device I've purchased. I've treated my entire body except for the shoulders. I use the red light for pain instead of medication and I'm truly impressed with the results. For my shoulders, I use a handheld wand, but I wish there were a specific device for that. I use the handheld product twice daily and can confirm it relieves my arthritis pain. I highly recommend red light therapy, especially for arthritis pain.
The gentle warmth is very relaxing. I use it in the evenings before bed. Sleep has improved too.
I have to say, I'm impressed. It features 660 nm red light, 850 nm near-infrared light, two modes, and a 30-minute timer with automatic shut-off. It comes with a power adapter/cable and a controller. What I always emphasize when evaluating these devices is that you should do your research and know how to use them. I think they offer great benefits, but safety always comes first. All in all, a good red light device specifically for the feet.
As for the product itself, I've only used it a few times so far. It's easy to use and gives a unique and reliable impression so far.
My father-in-law wasn't your typical 76-year-old. He was more active than most 40-year-olds I know! He chopped wood, worked in his garage, and still mowed his lawn. But then he started complaining about painful hands and was very frustrated that he could no longer do his everyday tasks.
He was scheduled for surgery due to arthritis and tendonitis.

He canceled the surgery and feels back to normal, now able to handle his daily life again! An absolutely fantastic product!
