I absolutely love this red light therapy lamp! It's super portable and I can use it anywhere with ease. It has multiple settings for different colors that you can adjust easily with the remote also. The arms of the lamp can be adjusted as well whichever direction you prefer as well as the length of the stand. I highly recommend this lamp to anyone looking for a red light therapy lamp!
I use it while watching TV in bed before falling asleep. I love the various arms that can be positioned up, down, and sideways to make sure the desired area is illuminated with red light. This way, I can cover much more of my body than with a single bulb.
For example, with this lamp, I can light from my waist down to my feet and adjust the height of each arm since I like to rest my legs on a pillow, so the light is higher there than on my thighs.
The controls are easy to reach from where I lie down, allowing me to select the light type and a timer with 10, 20, and 30-minute settings. I recommend this product.
I like the height and the arms of the red light are adjustable. I can use it while I work as I use this light for my legs and back.

The lamp is easy to put together. A nice feature is that it's also very easy to take apart and store in a box so if you live in a small space, this could be a possibility that you would take it out and use it and then put it back away.
The lamp has four adjustable arms and all 4 arms offer all 3 light waves. The remote is attached to the cord that plugs into a regular 110 lamp outlet. My photo of the of lights is from the backside against a flat blackboard showing the three different light waves.
The lights work perfectly adjusting through all three modes. So now it‘s just a matter of me, putting the time in to see what the results might be.

I recently purchased this light and have used it several times. Some things I love about it: it is very lightweight and easy to move around from room to room, it has a long cord, the lights are on bendable stems so they are very easy to position how you want them, it has a remote option. The only thing that could be improved upon is I would love for the lights to be brighter/more intense, but overall, I'm very happy.
It's part of my daily routine now. Very easy to put together and use daily. Very happy with the purchase!
I sit or lie under it a few times a week and definitely feel an improvement in my joints. Highly recommend!
I've read so much about the health benefits of red light therapy and this lamp finally made it easy for me to try it. The red light lamp comes with a stand and has levels at 660nm and 850nm. You can read online about what benefits 660nm and 850nm provide. It feels very warm to the skin but still comfortable and you don't feel like you're burning your skin.
The lamp is easy to set up and use right out of the box. It has an adjustable tripod and flexible stand so you can target specific parts of your body. There is a timer function so I can set a timer for 10, 20 or 30 minutes and it automatically turns off when the time is up so I don't have to worry about dozing off.
