It feels very well made. Rolls up nicely and is easy to store. The mat is huge! For protection, it has a plastic cover over the lamps. I use it often; it really helps with pain relief and relaxation. In my opinion, it was worth the money. It is really easy to use and you feel great afterward. I have only had it for a few weeks, but I hope it lasts a long time!
I've had the face mask and a small panel for about a year. I wanted to treat my whole body at once and decided to get this giant mat. I've had the mat for 3 days now and feel absolutely incredible every day! Wonderful, has the perfect size and works very well
I have been using this red light therapy mat for some time and am very satisfied with it. The light distribution is wide and even - perfect to lie down and irradiate the whole body. I usually use it 20-30 minutes daily and notice how much more relaxed my back and shoulders feel afterwards. The warmth is gentle and pleasant, not too intense but enough to be soothing and profound.
This is a great pad for people who want to use near-infrared and red light therapy. The only drawback is that it is not really suitable as a blanket. I have my pad on a massage table because I am 80 and too old to get up from the floor and sit down again, and it works wonderfully this way. I have so many serious health issues that I need a chart to keep track, but with this pad, I can live a relatively normal life. My various specialists are amazed at how well I function for someone whose expiration date has passed. I can really warmly recommend near-infrared and red light therapy. For your information: Saying I am a big fan of infrared light therapy would be an understatement. I love the large size. The mat is very bendable/flexible so it's really easy to use in different positions. You can lay on it, put it over the sofa and sit on it, or use it for a specific area. The mat gets warm but not too hot. It feels like a giant heating pad for the whole body. Although I bought it for personal use, everyone in the house uses it now. We are very happy with it.
