This mat works great for my lower back pain. The heat is not too strong and the levels are adjustable. One of my favorite features is the auto shut off timer that gives you a range of 10 to 30 minutes in 5 minute increments. It folds up and transports easily and the cord is long enough to plug in anywhere. Overall, a great product for the price.

This is rare. The quality is top notch, but I did not lay down on the mat. I did not lean against it or apply pressure, due to my previous experience with red light pads. My previous red light pad had to be replaced 3x in less than 2 years. I received 4-6 cords that sometimes worked, sometimes frayed and broke. I have been using red light therapy regularly for 2 years and have noticed amazing benefits. I use it for chronic pain and for skin and hair rejuvenation. The LEDs contain both red and infrared light. The included controller allows the user to adjust the light waves and intensity of the LEDs. It has 5 light intensity levels and 3 light wave settings. It is well made with sturdy cords and a thick protective pad for the electronics. This is a must in my eyes.

Absolutely love this device! Borrowed one from a friend and found that it worked so well I had to purchase my own. I use it most days to alleviate back and neck pain. It is also good to relieve tension and enjoy some private relaxation.

I read some reviews on red light therapy. I was hopeful! My left hip flexor started hurting, I made it worse with exercises I saw on TikTok, it was inflamed, anyway I should have waited until the inflammation went down. So bad I had to go to the ER. I'm 65, retired mail carrier, retired to help with a sick grandchild. I sit A ??LOT. No other health issues other than chubbyness.
I put this item on my barrel... lightly wrapped, heated wraps are nothing new to me so I adjusted it to my comfort level. Highest level P5. Waited 20 minutes. It felt like a warming blanket! Felt GOOD! I got up and ACTUALLY CAN MOVE MY LEG A LOT MORE!! I googled how often I can use this type of therapy... 2x a day 8 hours apart!
Google says your Body can only absorb a certain amount of light into the cells. The light is what heals. So, 8 hours later, another 20 minute session.
I AM ALMOST HEALED!! I can't believe this! I could barely walk! I was already thinking about hip surgery!! My older brother did this 3 years ago.

We have had this for a couple months now. It seems to be pretty durable, and held up to almost daily use. Lights are very bright, and we have had no issues so far.

I've used infrared units before, but this one is the best so far. I like the length because it allows me to treat my knees and a hip at the same time. I can wrap it around both knees and treat the front and back at the same time. I also like the plastic apron that keeps the lights from coming into contact with lotions on my skin. I casually recommended it to my niece, and she uses one too and enjoys it. My knees have benefited greatly. They are 80 years old, like me, and can use all the healing they can get!
