How to use?

1. Connect the LED light therapy belt and plug the power supply.
2.Press the ON/OFF for 3 seconds, then again to set frequency 10Hz/40Hz.
3. Press the   button to choose a brightness:P1/P2/P3/P4/P5
4. Press the time button to set a time:5/10/15/20/25/30mins
5. Press the   button to adjustable 660nm/850nm/All.
6. Press the button to vibration settings:S0/S1/S2/S3,“S0” vibration off.

Light Sensitivity

Test your skin for light sensitivity prior to initial treatment:
a. Power on the device.
b. Place the device on a range of 1/ 4 of your forearm skin for 3 minutes
c. After 3 minutes, check the area. lf the area has turned red and redness lasts more than 2 hours, and your skin is light sensitive.
