OPERATION INSTRUCTION:
1.Clear the area being treated by removing all traces of make-up, dirt, or sweat. In general, simply wash the area being treated to ensure a clean surface.

At first, I was very skeptical about the effectiveness of red light therapy. However, my own experience and reading some articles from the US National Library of Medicine, the New York Academy of Sciences, and the American Geriatrics Society have dispelled my initial skepticism.
I think this is currently the best investment you can find.
I can say this seems to be a quality device. It's well-made, and all parts feel sturdy. It doesn't feel cheap.
Overall, a great product
Light therapy has been used in spas for a while, but it costs a lot. This panel costs ��129.99 at the time of this review. So instead of paying for one or two sessions, you can just buy it and do as many sessions as you want.
I particularly like that it stands on a stand and can be adjusted to different heights, making it suitable for many body areas. The stand itself is made of metal and feels very sturdy. The panel also comes with a two-year warranty, which is very convenient.
